A Two Part Interview Larry Niven

A short interview with Larry Niven. He talks a fair amount about collaboration and seems very relaxed in the interview though he isn't the best of the science fiction interviewees he is still very interesting to listen to especially if you love Ringworld or other his other science fiction works.

Larry Niven => Nevinyrral

One of the reasons that I like Magic the gathering are the small nods that they make to many of the things that I really like. One of them that is best hidden and that I very nearly missed was Nevinyral's Disk which if you look at carefully is the backwards of Larry Niven's disk. This is naturally completly intentional and one of the best artifacts in the game. In fact the only way it could have been better is if they had made it a Larry Niven's ring rather than a disk.

The top image is the newer and less known to me but I like the look of it more.
