New Dune Movie is Not gonig to be Made

It appears that Paramount is not going to be creating another Dune movie. I had not known that there were plans to create one, but it seems they have been trying to put together a Dune movie for nearly four years.

It is hard to feel bad about this. The truth is that there are so many good ideas out there that have not been made into movies and miniseries I would much rather see someone do one of the many great science fiction stories which have not be adapted to the big screen than do another version of one that has.
